Water, Fate, and Rebirth: Sophie’s Path to a New…
Sophie, who appeared in the session, was a slim woman in her late 40s.
Her long red hair was strikingly memorable. There was a slight awkwardness in her movements, making it immediately apparent that she was nervous. She had been deeply wounded in the past and clearly did not want to be hurt again—this was evident in her demeanor.
Noah had already sensed how tense Sophie was.
As the session began, Sophie’s life gradually unfolded.
”You’ve carried many emotional wounds since childhood. You never fully felt the love of your parents and experienced loneliness even at school. I see you spending time alone by the beach during those times.”
”That’s right. Even now, I live in a house by the beach.”
Noah continued.
”I can see a ‘mouth’ on your stomach. This symbolizes the words you want to say but cannot. Deep down, you want to express yourself, but you’re afraid of being contradicted or rejected. You’ve always been shy in that sense.”
”That’s true. I’m not good with relationships, and even when I want to speak up, I usually hold back.”
As the conversation progressed, Noah simultaneously worked on healing her emotional wounds. At first, Sophie appeared skeptical about the healing process, but as Noah’s words resonated with her deeply, her doubts gradually faded.
Noah began to see some of Sophie’s past lives.
”Sophie, I see one of your past lives. It was in the remote mountains of Yunnan Province, China. You were the village chief of a small settlement high up in the mountains. A river flowed near the village, from upstream to downstream. One day, a severe drought occurred. Water became scarce, and as the village chief, you chose to dam the water upstream, preventing it from reaching the downstream villages. However, this led to extreme hardships for those living downstream, impacting their agriculture and daily lives.
The villagers from downstream pleaded for negotiations, but you refused to release the water, prioritizing your own village’s survival. Desperate, the downstream villagers crafted lanterns and prayed for you to open the dam. They also prayed for rain, but it never came, and you never released the water. Eventually, driven by despair, they cursed you with a powerful malediction. That curse remains deeply imprinted in your soul.”
Sophie listened quietly before murmuring in a low voice.
”Was that really me in a past life? How selfish and cruel I was.”
Noah responded gently.
”I am cleansing that curse now, so you can be at peace. Your soul is being set free.”
Noah then saw another of Sophie’s past lives.
”This past life was also in China. You seem to have a strong connection to China. This time, I see Shanghai. In that life, you were a Western man married to a Chinese woman, and together, you ran an elegant hotel with an Oriental atmosphere in Shanghai. The hotel featured an artificial stream and a beautifully designed garden with ponds and carefully arranged plants that mesmerized visitors.
However, you had another identity. You were a spy for your home country. One day, you fell into a trap and were assassinated by another spy near a canal.”
Noah continued seeing more of Sophie’s past lives.
”I see another life where you were a sailor on a frigate. That warship sank, and you drowned. In yet another life, you were a fisherman who drowned, and in another, you were on a yacht and drowned again. You have repeatedly lost your life near water. Even in your Shanghai life as a spy, you died by the canal. This repeated pattern has created karma, binding you to tragic fates near water. Additionally, the curse from your past life as a village chief further weighed down your destiny, causing obstacles in your current life.”
Sophie looked shocked.
”What? I still live by the water. If I continue living there, does that mean I will die near the water in this life too?”
”Don’t worry. I have now cleared that karma, so you will be fine.”
Sophie, looking relieved, smiled slightly.
”That puts me at ease. Actually, the idea of having past lives in China makes a lot of sense to me. I have always loved Chinese paintings and art. And, believe it or not, I have plans to visit Yunnan Province this year. Out of all the places in China, Yunnan has always been the one I wanted to visit the most. To think that it was where I once lived in a past life is astonishing.”
”That is no coincidence. Now that you are free from your karmic ties, you should definitely visit. You may feel an unexpected sense of familiarity.”
Sophie nodded.
”Yes, I would love to go. Also, I’ve been thinking about leaving my life by the water. For a while now, I’ve been considering moving to Oregon. This time, I want to live surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature instead of the ocean.”
”That sounds like a wonderful idea. A fresh start in a new environment will bring you renewed energy.”
Two months after the session, Sophie sent an email. In it, she wrote:
”I am now in Oregon. I have left behind the Malibu beach life I cherished for so many years and started a new chapter in the forests of Oregon. I have an old friend here, which was also part of my decision to move. Noah’s session transformed me. I feel truly free now. Until now, I had locked my heart away. I was afraid to open up. I now realize that my fears were deeply connected to the curse I carried. Looking back, I see how much I had been trapped. If I had not taken Noah’s session and continued living as I was, my remaining years would have been bleak—I shudder at the thought. Oregon is full of breathtaking nature, and every day here is pure healing. Of course, there are many beautiful lakes and ponds, but thanks to Noah, I am no longer bound by the karma of dying near water. I can now live here peacefully. In the near future, I plan to visit Yunnan Province. I am eager to see what memories or emotions that place will stir in me. Thank you so much for everything. I hope you can visit Oregon someday. I look forward to seeing you again.”
